PLEASE READ

The Directors have a major concern about the meeting attendance and about members contacted by Email etc. who do not respond whether or not they are attending a meeting or respond maybe.  Our members must understand that we are committed to a certain number of meals and we pay that amount whether we have enough members present or not. We end up losing money if we do not fulfill the quota at each meeting. We have also had on occassion more people show up than had indicated they were coming.  We need an accurate count ahead of time of how many are actually going to attend, please respond to emails regarding your attendance.

We strongly encourage members to get out to the meetings if it is possible to do so. This is your Club please come to the meetings and support your Club. Your Club is much more fun and healthy if you participate. You have committed your support to Kiwanis now is the time to show that commitment!
