For over 57 years, the Kiwanis Club of Manotick has helped strengthen our community. While our focus is on youth, we support many non-profit initiatives to help provide a safe yet fertile environment for all ages.  We are part of Kiwanis International, a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.

Tuesday, January 16th Regular Meeting:   The speaker will be  Donna Smith of the Manotick BIA who will give us an Update on ManotickThe meal will be Lasagna & Spaghetti with meat sauce.  Cost $ 20.  Meet and greet at 6 pm and dinner at 6:30 pm.  Meeting will be at the Royal Canadian Legion, Br#314 (Manotick), 5550 Ann Street, Manotick, Ontario.

 
Tuesday, February 6th Regular Meeting:  *Partners Night*  50's & 60's St. Valentine's Dance with a DJ spinning the records.    Dress up and come for some fun!  The meal will be roasted chicken breast & legs with baked potato, peas & carrots and various salads.  Cost $ 20.  Meet and greet at 6 pm and dinner at 6:30 pm.  Meeting will be at the Royal Canadian Legion, Br#314 (Manotick), 5550 Ann Street, Manotick, Ontario.
 
Tuesday, February 20th Regular Meeting:   The speaker will be  Jeff Morris who will talk about the Future of Community NewspapersThe meal will be Ham with scalloped potatoes, a medley of vegetables, couscous and one other salad.  Cost $ 20.  Meet and greet at 6 pm and dinner at 6:30 pm.  Meeting will be at the Royal Canadian Legion, Br#314 (Manotick), 5550 Ann Street, Manotick, Ontario.

Shiverfest PANCAKE BREAKFAST- Saturday January 27th 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.; Manotick United Church. Brought to you by the Manotick Kiwanis – pay at the door. Cost is $5 per serving. Children 3 and under eat free.  Please contact Debbie Mulvihill to volunteer to help out.

Blood Donor Clinic: on Thursday, February 1, 2018   from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Manotick United Church5567 Manotick Main St.     Need 3 volunteers for each shift.   Shifts are  2:00 - 4:30 pm and 4:30 - 7:00 pm.  Volunteers are to arrive a half hour before the clinic starts and leave a half hour after the clinic ends as donors are still being processed and are going through the refreshment area.  Please contact Allan Haan to volunteer your time.

Board of Directors' Meeting: at Hyfield Place on Tuesday, February 13th, 2018 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.  All members welcome to attend.

Seniors' Bingo at Carleton Lodge: will be held on Wednesday, February 14th at 6:45 pmVolunteers needed, so please contact Debbie Mulvihill if you can help out.
