For over 56 years, the Kiwanis Club of Manotick has helped strengthen our community. While our focus is on youth, we support many non-profit initiatives to help provide a safe yet fertile environment for all ages.  We are part of Kiwanis International, a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.

Tuesday, October 3rd Regular Meeting: Come to the handover of the Kiwanis year, the induction of the new Club Board by LG Ralph Tweedie and a report by our President Rick Czuba.  There will also be a vote on a proposed amendement to the club bylaws. Dinner will be ham, scalloped potatoes, and a veggie.  Meet and greet at 6 pm and dinner at 6:30 pm.  Meeting will be at the Royal Canadian Legion, Br#314 (Manotick), 5550 Ann Street, Manotick, Ontario.

Tuesday, October 17th Regular Meeting: *Partners Night*  Halloween Spooktacular, so everyone dress up!
Speaker (TBA) will talk about Ghosts and other things that go bump in the night!  Dinner will be Lasagna, Caesar salad,
garlic bread and spooky desserts.  Meet and greet at 6 pm and dinner at 6:30 pm.  Meeting will be at the Royal Canadian Legion, Br#314 (Manotick), 5550 Ann Street, Manotick, Ontario.

Kiwanis Club of Toronto is celebrating 100 years in 2017.  On Thursday, September 21, 2017 we will be holding a Gala Dinner at The Old Mill in Toronto starting at 6:30 pm.  We would love for you to join us!  Tickets are $100 and can be purchased online.  Your ticket includes a cocktail reception, dinner w/ wine and complimentary parking. Blood Donor Clinic: Will be on Oct. 9th from 2 pm to 7 pm at the Manotick United Church, 5567 Manotick Main St, Manotick. Volunteers needed for 2 shifts, please contact Claude Laperrière if you can help out. 

Board of Directors' Meeting: at Hyfield Place on Tuesday, October 10th from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.  All members welcome to attend.

Seniors' Bingo at Carleton Lodge: will be held on Wednesday, October 11th at 6:45 pmVolunteers needed, so please contact Debbie Mulvihill if you can help out.

Seniors' Bingo at Hyfield Apts.: will be held on Monday, October 16th at 6:45 pmVolunteers needed, so please contact Debbie Mulvihill if you can help out.

Key Leader Arden Camp: will take place Nov 3-5, 2017 at the Circle Square Ranch at Arden ON.  Our club will be sponsoring a number of students from local highschools.  We will need drivers on Nov 3rd and 5th to drive students to and from camp.  Please contact Glenn Pushman if you can volunteer.

KC of Manotick Charter Night: Sat. Nov. 18th at Stonebridge Golf Club. All members and guests welcome. Tickets will be available commencing our October 24th, contact Deborah Czuba at  deborah.czuba@bell.net  or 613-692-1124 to make reservations.
